Shipping

Enjoy complimentary standard delivery on all products at the Obras de Arte store. Your order will be meticulously wrapped and promptly dispatched. Shipping times may vary.

Standard Delivery:

UK - We use Royal Mail tracked for Standard Delivery within the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.

International - Obras de Arte is based in the United Kingdom, and all shipments outside of the UK are considered international. The estimated delivery time is 3-17 working days for international orders.

Please Note: The country we ship your order to may impose a duty or tax on your shipment, depending on the declared value of what you order. The receiver will be responsible for settling all import duties charged. Our default international shipping is DDU (delivery duty unpaid) which means that the customer is responsible for paying the taxes and duties. You will be contacted by customs once your shipment arrives to settle any charges in order for the shipment to be released and delivered.

Express Delivery:

UK - The cost of express delivery is £12.50. We strive to dispatch Express Delivery orders within 24 hours and they will be delivered by a selected courier with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.

International - We currently do not offer express delivery internationally

Returns

We sincerely hope you adore your shoes, but we understand that occasionally things may not be quite perfect.

You have a 14-day window, starting from the receipt of your product, to initiate a return for a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please Note: If your Obras Loafers have been stretched or worn outdoors, we regretfully cannot accept the return, as we are unable to restock or sell pairs that have been worn, even if only slightly.

To begin the return process, kindly email info@obras.shoes with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We strive to respond within 24 hours, providing personalised return instructions. Ensure all items are returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will promptly notify you via email regarding the successful receipt and processing of your refund. Please allow 3-5 working days for the return to be processed by your payment provider.

In the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, we will refund your return shipping costs. Please report such issues to info@obras.shoes, and our team will guide you through the necessary steps. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

Regrettably, we do not facilitate exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order.
